Summary
Eric’s practice focuses on complex financing transactions, including corporate and project financings, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Eric particularly works with lenders, borrowers, and issuers in connection with secured and unsecured facilities, securities offerings, asset-based financings, syndicated loans, project financings, mezzanine financings, and debt restructurings. Prior to joining SIGMA, Eric worked as an attorney for DLA Piper (US), where he represented financial institutions in cross-border project financings across Latin America and Africa.
