The Panamanian bank Global Bank selected SIGMA as advisory lawyers in relation to the financing of the multinational company ACCIONA for the construction and equipment of the New Children’s Hospital in Panama City.

The fundamental role of SIGMA consisted in the negotiation and closing of the agency contract for the management of the certificates of no objection that are the object of the financing. SIGMA’s strengths for this project are based on the fact that its lawyers have contributed to the drafting of the regulations governing non-objection certificates and have participated in multiple financings that involve discounting these credit instruments.
