SIGMA and ADEN University held the first debate of the Panama Economic Legal Forum at an event that took place at the ADEN University headquarters.
The topic discussed in this first debate was Generadora Gatún and its importance for the energy sustainability of Central America. The speakers revealed that this generator is essential for the social and business development of Panama, in addition to promoting multiple employment opportunities in the city of Colón.
The speakers were Miguel Bolinaga, Country Manager of AES Panama; Mónica Lupiáñez, Managing Director – Head of Renewables at InternEnergy; and Jorge Perea, CEO of Group Energy Gas Panama. Additionally, Maria José Bustamante, rector of ADEN University, and Cecilio Castillero, founding partner of SIGMA, introduced and moderated the event.
