SIGMA acted as Panamanian counsel to Glenfarne Group in connection with the US$1.76 billion debt raise by EnfraGen Energía Sur, S.A.U., Prime Energía SpA, and EnfraGen Spain, S.A.U., consisting of a US$710 million senior secured notes offering and a US$1.05 billion credit facility. The Notes we offered and sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act and listed on the Singapore Exchange.
